2. Library panels and meetings at the Society for the Advancement of Scandinavian Study (SASS) 2009 Conference

- a. Newspaper digitization
- A major project is underway to promote the digitization of some Swedish-American newspapers. Details and calls for participation will be given at this meeting.
- b. Scandinavian-American bibliography
- A meeting has been requested, but not yet confirmed, regarding new initiatives in Scandinavian-American Bibliography. Volunteers to attend and contribute are needed.
